Cancellation, Refund & Make-Up Policy:
Organized Play: Cancel by 5pm the day before to avoid being charged program fee.
We do not issue refunds, credits or make-ups for missed days.

*Clinics & Leagues: Only credits/refunds will be issued for participants who withdraw entirely from a program with 24 hour notice of program start.

Court Rental: Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of the reservation will not be charged.
If you cancel within 24 hour window charges will apply. No refunds provided.
